FAQ:
Q1: What charger should I use?
A: Use our dedicated 54.75V 3A LFP charger only. Lead‑acid chargers (58.4V) will permanently damage the BMS.
Q2: Max discharge current and power?
A: 15A continuous, 720W max. Do not exceed this. Contact us for higher‑power options.
Q3: Discharge cut‑off voltage?
A: 39.00V. BMS shuts off automatically to prevent deep‑discharge damage.
Q4: Working temperature range?
A: Discharge: -20℃ to 60℃; Charge: 0℃ to 45℃. Never charge below 0℃ — this causes irreversible capacity loss.
Q5: Safer than lead‑acid?
A: Yes. LFP chemistry offers excellent thermal stability, greatly reducing fire/explosion risks even under over‑charge,
over‑discharge, or short‑circuit.
Q6: Connect in series or parallel?
A: No. Not supported by the BMS and extremely dangerous. Any attempt voids your warranty and may cause fire.
Q7: Sudden no output?
A: Usually triggered by BMS over‑current or low‑voltage protection (below 39V). Reconnect the charger to reset.
If the issue persists, contact support with a photo of the battery indicator.
Q8: Directly replace old 48V lead‑acid battery?
A: Not directly. You need our 54.75V LFP charger — lead‑acid chargers (58.4V~59.2V) will damage the BMS.
